Special Church services 18th September

There will be a special Eucharist tomorrow 18th September at 9:30am at St. James, celebrated by Rev. Delphine in memory of our beloved late Queen Elizabeth II. The Zoom based service at 11:00 will be our final act of commemoration for our Queen before her State Funeral on Monday. All are welcome. Please email roger.howarth@ifdev.netif you would like to join

Cakes and more on Bednall cart

So many choices of cakes available from All Saints Bednall church cart this morning. There are ginger bread, lemon drizzle American chocolate cake and more. Also we have jigsaws, jams, cards and gifts available.

Sunday Lunch at The Moat House on 30th October
Why not enjoy Sunday Lunch at The Moat House and at the same time support St James’ Church in raising funds to maintain the village church in Acton Trussell. The lunch is on 30th October at 12.30 for 1pm and tickets at £27 are available from Mary Lewis 01785 712190 and Pat Bates 01785 714091.
