A Holy Communion Service will be held at St James’ Church, Acton Trussell on Sunday 26th April at 9.30am. Rev Delphine will be leading the service. Everyone is welcome. We look forward to seeing you.

Messy Pentecost will be on Saturday 23rd May at All Saints Church, Bednall from 2 until 4pm (see flyer for all details).

Thanks- St James Churchyard tidy-up
Thanks to all who came along to help at the St James, Acton Trussell churchyard tidy-up on Saturday armed with their brushes, spades, wheelbarrows and secateurs. A great job was done in between a chat and a well earned cuppa.

Thanks- Moat House Lunch for St James
Thanks to all who supported and enjoyed the lunch at the Moat House on Sunday to raise funds to maintain St James’ Church. The food was delicious – thank you Moat House and thanks to the organisers and helpers.

Easter Foodbank
The Easter Food Bank run was well received! Besides all the tinned meals provided, 129 Easter eggs were also included. As well as the eggs, there were many bars of chocolate and chocolate bunnies. Through your generosity, many children were able to enjoy some Easter treats. They are in great need of toiletries as well

Service at All Saints 19th April
You are invited to a Holy Communion Service that will be held at All Saints Church, Bednall, on Sunday 19th April, starting at 9.30. Rev’d, Dr. David Primrose will be preaching. Come and see the lovely Easter display made by the children from Messy Church. We look forward to seeing you. Everyone is welcome.

Bednall Plant sale 23rd May
The Annual Bednall Plant sale will take place on Saturday 23rd May 10-12 All plant donations will be gratefully accepted! Come and buy some plants to brighten up a neglected area in your garden. Refreshments will be available. We hope you can make it!
