Final 5 days until plan opposition deadline (31st May noon)
Councillors Jenny Barron and Brian Wyatt, along with local residents and the Parish Council, are opposing a South Staffordshire District Council plan to build over 200 houses on Acton Hill, near Wildwood. The opposition cites lack of need, environmental impact, and increased traffic. Objections must be submitted by noon on May 31, 2024.

Cakes and Marmalade on the cart
Delicious cakes on the cart today are spiced toffee traybake, fruity traybake, cherry almond cake and chocolate orange shortbread. And today we also have homemade marmalade.

Made With Love Craft Group
The All Saints Church in Bednall launched a new monthly craft group on Monday, providing free sessions with all materials included. The initial session introduced card making, a new craft for attendees. Participant Toni Castle enjoyed the session and looks forward to future crafts. The next session, focusing on macrame, is scheduled for June 17th.…
