Food bank update

Another successful Cannock Food Bank has taken place. We donated well over 1,000 tins and packets. This incredible delivery was made possible by the generosity of items from both St.James and All Saints Harvest festivals along with over £800 in cash donations. It is hoped that a December run could take place where we could

Messy Harvest- update

A great time was had by all on Saturday at Messy Harvest and we learned about growing pigeon peas in Malawi despite the difficult climate conditions there. We made prayer chains (and other crafts) – see photos and had a collection for Christian Aid, who help the small village farmers in Malawi. We collected £36.30

Harvest Thanksgiving at St James

It was the Harvest Thanksgiving Service at St James yesterday evening and it was wonderful to see the church so full- thanks to all who donated so generously to the food bank. The songs sung by BATS singers were much enjoyed as were the drinks and nibbles after the service. The church was beautifully decorated
