Visitors to St James’ Churchyard

An amazing number of people visit St James’ Churchyard in Acton Trussell. Some are passing through, some are regular visitors and others come for a particular reason- recently a couple revisited the church and churchyard 37 years after they got married there. In the porch at present are displayed items which may be of interest

Our local church is running two five-session discussion groups about what we believe. The groups are open to everyone and will be led by Canon David Primrose using material prepared by the Church of England. This is based on the Nicene Creed which was formulated 1,700 years ago and is accepted by churches all over
