The drainage clearance work that was not completed  alongside the bridge repairs in Mill Lane in June, Staffs CC Highways are closing Mill Lane between Lower Penkridge Road and the A449 at Acton Gate for 2 days of planned intensive works aimed at preventing the long term problem of flooding at the Acton Gate end of Mill Lane.

The Parish Council is somewhat more hopeful of success this time.
