Bednall is expanding its local community recycling again, this month we have the addition of light bulb recycling.

Our recycling is in addition to the council approved items which you put in your blue bin or bags. The items that you can recycle the first weekend of each month are:

• At Church View – Crisp packets, sweet wrappers, pet and baby food pouches
• At Milverstones – Medicine Blister Packs (note blister packs that are 100% foil can be recycled in your blue bin, mixed plastic/foil cannot)
• At Bednall Hall – Light bulbs

Green Bednall are looking into the additional items people would like to recycle locally including Tetra Pak cartons, which the council do not collect.
