Dear All,
The latest Cannock Food Bank run took place on September 16th . We delivered 742kg of food, which consisted of biscuits, coffee. Tea, rice pudding, fruit, squash, custard, rice and pasta.
With the £825 raised, we were able to provide over 1,200 items of food. This did not include over 100 items donated via the red box in the porch and tins etc. I found on my doorstep!
Once again, your generosity has been quite incredible!
It is hoped that we could do another run towards the end of November.
Tins of meat, tuna, fruit, vegetables etc are still urgently needed.
If possible it would lovely to provide some Christmas treats.
Once again, many thanks to Roger, Alison and Val for all the transporting. Without our truckers nothing could be delivered.
